Middleport, Hartland, and Gasport Block Club Council

The purpose of the Middleport, Hartland and Gasport Block Club Council is to:

Unite block clubs established in the Village of Middleport, Town of Hartland, and in the Hamlet of Gasport, NY
Work for improved conditions regarding drug and crime prevention, security, public safety, lighting, and cleanliness in order to enhance neighborhood living conditions
Create programs and projects for the council and block clubs
Apply for available grants to become a self-sufficient organization
Work with the Middleport Police, NCSD and New York State Police Departments
